Thermocouple Simulator

A consistently functioning temperature measuring system is necessary for accurate and dependable temperature measurement in industrial processes and air pollution monitoring applications.

A thermocouple temperature sensor and an electrical unit make up a standard temperature measurement tool. The thermocouple output is processed by the electronic unit, which also offers cold junction correction, computes the temperature and displays it in the relevant units.

The difficulty of managing the typical heat sources, such as temperature baths in non-laboratory settings, makes testing and calibrating thermocouples at various temperatures particularly challenging in on-site applications.

A common instrument that helps with these issues with on-site temperature calibrations is a thermocouple simulator. The selected thermocouple and the predetermined temperature are represented by an mV output from the simulator.

Benefits of Thermocouple Simulators

  • Thermocouples can be used at very high temperatures ranging from -200℃ to +2500℃.
  • Thermocouples can be used in demanding environments like Power Generation, Mining, Oil/Gas, Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Cement, Paper, Glass, and many more.
  • Thermocouples have a fast response time.
  • Thermocouples are very accurate at a wide operating range.
  • Thermocouples have extreme durability.
  • Thermocouples can withstand high vibrations

HTA Instrumentation (P) Ltd has thermocouple for easy and quick on-site temperature calibrations.
